For customers in Riga, you are welcome to pick up your ordered items at our Store, Riga.

Omniva,  VENIPAK via parcel machine

For customers in Baltic States only (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania), you can choose to receive your order in Omniva or VENIPAK parcel machine. Orders are shipped within 1 day for shipping and it will take 1-4 work days.

Estimated delivery times 

Latvia: 2-6 business days.

The Baltic States: 5-9 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 50 EUR in Latvia and over 100 EUR in other countries.

We work to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience and safe delivery. Due to external force majeure factors, deliveries may be delayed. However, we will communicate the estimated delivery time and keep you informed of any possible changes.

The delivery times mentioned here are indicative and depend on the place of delivery. Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time and are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within today if possible or the next business day, but during busy times it may take longer to process your order. Business days do not include weekends (Sat and Sun) and public holidays.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item, this can be done by returning the unused item in original condition to us within 14 days of the original sale. All returned items must be  in their original condition and packaging.
The right of return does not apply to goods that can be weighed! Weighable goods do not have the right of return.
