Free local pick-up at our store

For customers in Riga, you are welcome to pick up your ordered items at our Store, Riga.

Omniva, VENIPAK via parcel machine 

For customers in Baltic States only (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania), you can choose to receive your order in Omniva or VENIPAK parcel machine. Orders are shipped within 1 day for shipping and it will take 1-4 work days. 

Estimated delivery times 

Latvia: 2-6 business days.

The Baltic States: 5-9 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over €50 internationally.

Please Note

We work to ensure a pleasant shopping experience and safe shipping service to our customers. Due to external force majeure factors deliveries can be delayed. However we will inform about estimated delivery time and keep in touch about any possible changes.

The delivery times mentioned here are only estimates, and depends on the shipping location. Delivery times are counted from they day your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimate time, and we are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within present day if possible or the next working day, but during busy times order processing might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item, this can be done by returning the unused item in original condition to us within 14 days of the original sale. All returned items must be  in their original condition and packaging.
The right of return does not apply to goods that can be weighed! Weighable goods do not have the right of return.
